README file updatetion for local running of the application #15

basically i have had an issue when trying run this project locally and figure out the main html file .So i am thinking of adding a section to readme file where i can add steps to fork and run it locally by adding pictures for easy and fast implementation of the project can you assign me this issues so i can work upon it
