[Feature Request]: Add Logo and Tagline to the First Page

Feature Description

Description:

The first page is missing a logo and tagline. Adding a logo will give the application a strong brand identity, and a tagline will quickly communicate the app's purpose.

Use Case

Proposed Solution:

1. **Add the app's logo at the top of the page.
2. Include a tagline under the logo, e.g., "Connecting Patients, Hospitals, and Drivers for Faster Emergency Care."**
