[Bug]: navbar needs to be updated

What happened?

The buttons in the navbar are not displaying the same color on hover across different pages. Additionally, the buttons on the About page do not have the appropriate button shape and styling as expected. This inconsistency affects the overall user experience and visual cohesion of the website.

Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to the navbar on the homepage and observe the button hover effects. Go to the About page and check the button shapes and styles in the navbar. Compare the button styles and hover effects across both pages. Expected Behavior: The buttons in the navbar should have a consistent color on hover across all pages. The buttons in the About page should have the correct button shape and styling, ensuring they appear as interactive elements.

also navbar in feature, team, contact, feedback also changed.

but that's assigned already, scrollbar.

only on home? why are so many restrictions for me .. miss beauty

on features, contact .. scrollbar issue like this: assigned already but home there is no such that and you can make home button black like previous one:(just like on features in screenshot)
