[Bug]: Dark Mode Button is Not Clickable and Does Not Trigger Theme Change.

What happened?

The dark mode button on the website is not functioning as expected. When attempting to click the button, it is either unresponsive or does not toggle the theme between light and dark modes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the page where the dark mode toggle button is located.
2. Attempt to click the button.
3. Observe that the button is either not clickable or, if clickable, does not change the theme to dark mode.

Expected Behavior

Clicking the dark mode button should switch the website's theme from light to dark and vice versa, making the button responsive and the theme change visible.

Actual Behavior

• The button does not appear clickable or responsive.
• The theme remains unchanged when the button is clicked.

Potential Cause

This issue could be related to:

• Missing or incorrect event listeners on the dark mode button.
• JavaScript functions not linked or triggered properly.
• CSS for dark mode not being applied after the button click.

Suggested Fix

• Ensure that the JavaScript controlling the dark mode toggle is properly triggered when the button is clicked.
• Check the event listeners attached to the button.
• Verify that the appropriate CSS for dark mode is being applied upon clicking the button.
