[Feature Request]: No NavBar in Nearby page

Feature Description

Description:

The "Nearby" page currently lacks a navigation bar (NavBar), which makes it inconsistent with other pages in the application. This feature request proposes adding the NavBar to the Nearby page to ensure a consistent user experience across the entire application.

Use Case

A Navbar in Nearby page will also improve navigation and usability by allowing users to quickly switch between different sections without returning to the homepage or using the back button.
