Issue Description: The About Us page currently lacks a dark mode toggle button, while other pages on the site already have this feature. To provide a consistent user experience and allow users to toggle between light and dark themes on all pages, a dark mode button should be added to the About Us page.

Add a dark mode toggle button to the About Us page, styled to match the existing buttons on other pages.
Ensure that the About Us page transitions smoothly between light and dark modes, with appropriate styling changes for text, background, and elements.
