Issue Description: The About Us page currently lacks a dark mode toggle button, while other pages on the site already have this feature. To provide a consistent user experience and allow users to toggle between light and dark themes on all pages, a dark mode button should be added to the About Us page.

Proposed Solution:

• Add a dark mode toggle button to the About Us page, styled to match the existing buttons on other pages.
• Ensure that the About Us page transitions smoothly between light and dark modes, with appropriate styling changes for text, background, and elements.
• Test the dark mode toggle to ensure it functions correctly and maintains visual consistency with other pages on the site.
