Easy-to-navigate feedback system for patients to rate their experience with doctors, services, and facilities. Suggestions feature to improve patient care based on feedback.

Use Case

The feedback system can include a section for patients to suggest improvements or highlight areas where they faced difficulties. Patients can also suggest specific changes that could enhance the hospital's services, such as shorter waiting times, improved communication, or better amenities.

Benefits
