fix: storage

This PR implements a couple of changes closes #29 and closes #28

• Changes the default settings for ECS:
  • Default Ephemeral Storage: 20GB -> 100GB
  • vCPU: 4 -> 16
  • Memory: 8GB -> 64GB
• Adds ability to pass memory and storage arguments when running on ECS so as to override the defaults (within certain bounds).
• Adds unit tests for the converter.py module, which had none before.
