Publish version 1.0.4 for SSR #19

Publish 1.0.4. Current version in npm is 1.0.1 1.0.4 has SSR fix.

I would also vote for this. To be honest the whole project seems to be a mess version-wise: I can find two tags with: "v1.0.0", but both are way older than that, from before version 1.0 as in "Jan 13, 2017" and "Jan 10, 2017" and this has been in development after that too with new versions that have been updated to package.json too. So I would suggest to tag the v1.0.4 properly and publish it to npm.
