Dig into issue of CI in backup #81

After transitioning to the new CLT action and updating our images, we've encountered a peculiar issue that needs to be addressed. The problem is as illustrated in the following screenshot:

This fix has been implemented in this pull: https://github.com/manticoresoftware/manticoresearch-backup/pull/80

Before we proceed with the merge, it's necessary to re-tag updates in CLT tests and also contemplate the appropriate behavior for the plugin directory.
