Migrating to Swoole

We ought to think about transitioning to Swoole as opposed to ReactPHP due to enhanced performance and the resolution of issues with the parallel extension.

At present, the challenges are:

• The pthread library is outdated
• The parallel extension, although from the same developer, presents more issues
• We are frequently encountering unusual segmentation faults because of it
• OpenSwoole would provide us with a performance boost
