Test if Manticore can be used via WSL on Windows and update the docs

Proposal:

Some users have trouble using Manticore on Windows because Docker is needed to run Buddy. Let's test if Manticore works properly through WSL on Windows, and if everything is fine, we'll update the documentation.

I tested it and it seems to install and work fine (windows 10).
