Incorrect executor version in docker test kit #2765

Bug Description:

In the dev version of Docker test kit, we have PHP 8.2.8, while the executor itself is now on 8.3.x. We should investigate and find the reason for this discrepancy first and fix it.

Fixed since manticore-executor 1.1.23+, closing the issue
