When reduction script for an instrument is changed it does not update #325

This means that the backend does not reduce it correctly, and it is not shown correctly on the webapp interface

(this might be related to the database design and how django interacts with it to access data)

For it to be reproduced I believe this bug might only happen when the submissing script is used, i.e. using that in scripts\ManualSubmissionScript.
