At the moment, there are commented out segments of code in the WebApp which allow a user to login without being authenticated on the development system.
Ideally, there would be a "Development" configuration option which ensures that if the changes were pushed onto production, the flag would simply be changed and a user would have to be processed as usual through the User Office.
