add troubleshooting section with regards to Windows VMs #81

Adds section to enable troubleshooting of the windows clouds nodes.

Include restart of containers and reset of the VMs.

It's worth testing the latter, attempting to install the VMMC. I didn't want to install my copy, so let me know if there are any complications during install (I don't recall any).
