Qt Plugins missing from OS X package #14607

The package built for OS X is not shipping the Qt plugins. See the Windows installer creation for the full list.

Some consequences of this are (shown in image below):

It would seem it is related to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3454001/macdeployqt-not-copying-plugins. We have libraries such as MantidQtAPI etc in our bundle.
