DiffractionFocussing v2 does not propogate SP-Det map information when grouping #1482

When grouping Diffraction Focusing does not complete the SP-detector map.

This prevents you from altering the units after focusing. The follow on analysis program FullProf expects the data to be in TOF, so we need to have the complete sp-det map in order to convert back to TOF.
