There's some usability issues with the slice viewer that could do with resolving.

[ ] Remove Peaks Overlay, and Non-orthogonal buttons from the slice viewer toolbar. Becky would also like to know what the new cutting tool is for; if it is not useful to them then it can be removed.
[ ] Fix the edit button: it should appear pressed down after the GUI is done processing.
[ ] The slice viewer zoom and pan buttons should work independently of the region selector edit button.
[ ] The plot colour bar should be set to Symmetric Log 10 by default.
[ ] It is fiddly to resize the region selectors on the slice viewer. It would be good to improve this.

Just to note that we seem to get some crashes that appear to be caused by the interaction between slice viewer plot controls and the region selector. Not yet sure how to reproduce, but we should investigate this.
