3D instrument invisible with wireframe option in Instrument Viewer

Found in smoke testing #35730

To Reproduce

• Load MAR11060
• Show the instrument
• Make sure you're in full 3D view
• In Display Setting turn on wireframe
• The instrument model disappears unless you are clicking and dragging to move it around.

Expected behavior The instrument model should stay visible the whole time.

Platform/Version (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• OS Version: 10
• Mantid Version 6.7.0rc1
