Instrument viewer is not remembering the selected background colour

When an instrument is viewed for a loaded workspace ex: LOQ49886, and a different background colour is selected from Display settings -> Background Colour and click on Select, the before selected colour is not shown as ticked when the same window is opened again. It seems to select the Black colour in the bottom right corner instead.

Expected behavior The last selected colour should be ticked when the same window for Background Colour is reopened

In 6.9.1 there's a similar problem, it's just that when you reopen the background colour selector there's no colour selected instead of the wrong colour.
