Updated the link to the muparser library mentioned in the MaskBinsIf algorithm.
Purpose of work
All links in the documentation should lead somewhere meaningful.
There is no associated issue.
To test:
Build the docs-html target
Open the MaskBinsIf.html file from build/docs/html/algorithms in a browser
Check that the link now works as expected.
This does not require release notes because it only affects documentation
