Remove unused items from Data menu #4658

Russell Taylor (2014-02-27T21:20:20): Is this still valid? If so, what are the unused items? Note that we had a big menu clean-up subsequent to the creation of this ticket.

@mantid-roman (2014-02-28T11:58:12): The Data menu is OK now. Now we need to remove the old qtiplot code that was behind those items: qtiplot data analysis.

Russell Taylor (2014-02-28T18:53:17): Can you explain in the description exactly what should be removed (or just do it)?
