Correct flight distances Sample-Detector (ILL only?) #7448

New Algorithm to correct fligh distances from the sample to detector. Both L2 and TOF are corrected in order to to make a virtual bending of the vertical tubes, i,e, TOF and L2 remain constant in the same tube.
