Summary

Liveviewer does't recognise when a new folder is created and is filling up with images

Steps To Reproduce

Not yet reproduced

Expected Behaviour

Live viewer should display any new files when written within watched directory.

Current Behaviour

Live viewer may not recognise when a new folder is created from time to time and is filling up with images.

I have been unable to reproduce this issue so far. I suspect the issue may be related to #2204
