Relocate the Welcome / About dialog window into the main window as a pup-up dialog does not see necessary.
The Welcome / About information should be visible in the main window image view before a user has loaded data. When data is loaded, this should replaces the Welcome / About information.
Current Behaviour
When Mantid Imaging is launched, a Welcome / About pop-up dialog window, sperate to the main window is displayed to the user.
