Export Window: Create Dropdown Menus to Select Export Format and Export Area #2394

Create two dropdown menus in the left hand panel of the Export Window to allow users to select a desired export format (CSV, Nexus, RITS, ...) and the Export Area (All, ROI_1, ROI_2,...)
