Story

As a user who is not familiar yet with Mantik, I appreciate assistance exploring the different features and pages by tooltips, appearing on hover for ideally every link, button and control, giving a short meaningful explanation what's awaiting me behind this link, or what a click on yonder button is going to cause.

We need to discuss where we can provide useful information or not, but possible areas of application would be e.g.:

To start with, let's use the browser standard (title="tooltiptext"). However, a more sophisticated solution with layouted previews would be the gold standard. What I mean by that: e.g.

Need to be able to administer the content of those tooltips.
