Rework project page #62

Story

The project overview page is missing some elements, the Business Owner wants to improve that

Details

Use Bigger font for description
Remove < example text > and "For further elaboration check out the documentation" in the title
Use the title Project Overview
Move the top-level description (after Project) to the middle as a title for the middle list of public projects
Examples are on github (landing personal page) and gitlab (dito)
