Standardize error handling in CLI #41

Move all error logging to the log package:

use log.Wrap whenever returning errors to ensure we always get a stack trace
examine common use cases and design user messages so that they are helpful to the end user

Trebalo bi jos proci kroz error poruke koje ispisujemo useru i pobrinuti se da su korisne. Racunam da cemo to raditi prilikom sredjivanja outputa pojedinih CLI naredbi.
