Necessary:

• add a teacher checkbox at login and a generic password for teachers to ensure teacher role (like 1234) / or equivalent concept
• make admin area visible to teachers

Nice to have in admin area:

• allow creating competencies for courses (not only selecting existing one)
• add selection of competencies for courses
• add button for "add standard questions" after having added a competency

Possibly if bored:

• Allow adding different questions ....
