In release mantisbt 2.26.0, the guzzlehttp library was updated. The plugin's built-in library conflicts with the new mantisbt library. The fix is ​​aimed at eliminating the use of the plugin's built-in library in favor of the built-in mantisbt library. The library built into the plugin has been removed. Since google api requires guzzlehttp version 6, and mantisbt 2.26.0 now uses version 7, the google api was also updated to a version that on the one hand uses guzzlehttp version 7, and on the other requires php no higher than 7.2.5 (minimum required version for mantisbt 2.26.0).
