it would be better to do User Access level check to activate plugin considering current project #12

IMHO this has to be done, because user can have a DEFAULT ACCESS level that do not need the Easy Enter feature, but when assigned to a project with a access level that NEEDS Easy Enter, plugin has to be activate.

My solution does not use a plugin config option, but may be can be reasonable
