Plugin original code #13

The original code for this plugin can be found at https://github.com/EvilRenegade/Gauge-Support/.

@CasN I'm not sure what was your starting point for rebuilding it with MantisBT 2.0 support, but it's a shame that you didn't start by forking the original repository, which would have given us a complete history, or at least make your initial commit with a straight dump of the original code before you started changing it.

Can you confirm if you based your code on either of these commits EvilRenegade/Gauge-Support@2cc8f659a521278693eca10af5087dd74e680404 (v0.1) or EvilRenegade/Gauge-Support@387fbed5c10f1be04e2ecc7d281f66dc3c81d560 (v0.14). Or maybe some other source, in which case please specify.

I'm aksing, because it appears that the 2nd commit fix(es) a number of issues and expand(s) the feature set so it would be interesting to know if these changes are part of your code or not.

@CasN confirmed in Gitter chat that he used v0.14

I have send you an email confirming that my baseline was 0.14 (still have the download I used) so the fixes/extensions should be in.
