"Pre-Installation Check" section displayed on MantisBT Admin pages #36

29 (efff00d9cc36a43a1c057c0b631a1a8c17ff60cf) introduced a regression.

Including install.php (in GaugeSupportPlugin::schema()) with a relative path causes MantisBT's own install.php script to be included instead of the plugin's when it is initialized on Admin pages.
