Hi everybody!

A few days ago I installed the plugin on my Mantis installation and it worked fine after some fine-tuning (mostly what the README.txt file says), but I noticed that a reminder was sent everyday and that was really annoying for some users.

I decided then to make some changes to the scripts and thought that could be interesting for others. So there we are, I'm pull requesting a script which sends a unique reminder the specified amount of time before the due date.

As I'm pretty new to GitHub, I hope I've done everything right. ;)

@webmaniak I could be wrong but I think the notes and code here will be hidden from view with this item closed. I recommend re-opening it and letting @dregad review for it's final handling. I don't use this plugin but I'd like to one of these days soon. Thanks for your contribution!
