Always use user name when filling placeholders for users #38

Before the change, real names could be used depending on Mantis configuration options.

Fixes #37

I need to think about this and make some tests. Maybe a better approach would be to @mention the username, in that case IIRC the realname should show as a pop-up on hover.

Will change the e-mail notifications (two e-mails instead of one) , but sounds good in general.
