Little fix #4

For table names. And I add polish strings.txt for plugin.

The changes in 9ce2af7 are specific to Mantis 1.3.x and newer, so for the time being, I'm going to leave that alone, otherwise it breaks compatibility with the current stable 1.2.x series. However, thank you for the Polish translation, I will merge that soon.

The latest version of master branch uses backwards-compatible table names, i.e. it accepts both _mantis_bugtable and bug as arguments, therefore 9ce2af74cb61ce798e0ba09f91ccfc869fa1fe2e is no longer necessary. Please download the latest nightly build from http://www.mantisbt.org/builds.php

Since @jreese has already committed the language strings in 897836e1e6c205ca3dd1cc4b3d0e8079d405bff0, I'll close this now
