Gitphp: deprecated db_query_bound() call in import_full() #222

Gitphp plugin was added in 0.19, but when the branch was merged into master before release of 1.4.0, the deprecated db_query_bound() API call was not converted to db_query()as it had been for the other plugins (see 5a114185e7fdcbe92f32985fd0f00070b4693569).
