New translate to Portuguese

Hello, and thanks for your contribution. In addition to the CGit plugin, you might want to translate the strings for the base plugin as well (https://github.com/mantisbt-plugins/source-integration/blob/master/Source/lang/strings_english.txt)

@wcreis are you planning to translate the other strings as per my previous comments, or should I just merge this as-is ?
