Improved some german strings #6

You shouldn't update the strings directly in these file. Translation updates should go through http://translatewiki.org/ -- otherwise, they will be overwritten on the next update from translate wiki.

I haven't done anything special to make the time tracking plugin work with translatewiki.org. Is that an automatic thing?

Sorry, didn't know to do this on a separate website. Thought this is a private project for mantisbt, only working with github.

I'm not sure about the process for the plugins (didn't drill in to notice that this is a plugin update), you may want to check with siebrand about whether your plugin can be supported. Till then you can accept updates directly.
