Chirps should have the ability to classify and flag different types of data that should not be stored in vectordbs based on compliance regulations like GDPR or CCPA.

Is there some additional information that can be used to flesh out this ticket? What does "classify" mean in this context? Would this be some new field type for a policy rule?
