Remove default ssh port #65

Its the default anyways, and prevents users from overriding it (such as Windows users)
Fixes #50 (again)

It's exactly the same as https://github.com/mantl/terraform.py/pull/57, which seems to have been accidentally reverted.

@virtuald while it was reverted in master, I don't believe it was reverted in next -- the branch we are using for our refactor. next will ultimately be merged into master.
