Describe the bug Continuously executing second tier transactions, with blocks list block updates experiencing faults

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'blocks'
  2. Continuously executing second tier transactions
  3. View blocks list block updates
  4. See error

Expected behavior Continuously executing layer 2 transactions, updating blocks list blocks normally
