SRTM 2.1 naming bug for North America latitudes >= 55 #101

SRTM3 version 2.1 files for North America region with latitudes greater than 55 
degrees are named incorrectly. Instead of e.g. N55W030.hgt.gz, the names are 
like N55W030hgt.gz . As the result, terrain contours are not plotted for North 
America above 55 parallel.

This issue was updated by revision r256.

Fixed SRTM3 naming problem. Affected areas contours will be updated with the 
next update.
