Splitter out of memory - processing contours #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.processing contours
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tried processing contours for 2 different regions, both stop with a splitter 
out of memory.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Hello, Deselected the skip update option and retried. The processing of the 
contours for Western and Eastern Europe has now completed correctly??

You should not skip updates until the whole processing passes at least once. 
Otherwise structure of your working directory can be incomplete and processing 
can behave unpredictably.
