Specific uniform type identifier? #137

Is there/should there be a specific UTI (maybe org.jsonfeed.feed)? (Related to that, should json be the recommended extension? The second question is really only relevant because of macOS's extension -> UTI mappings.)

Thanks @Wevah! Using org.jsonfeed.feed sounds good.
