macOS 禁止长按弹出的输入建议框 #166

聚焦到 canvas 会解决这个问题，但是导致卡声音。

这个输入建议和卡声音只需要点击页面就可解决，原因未知

不阻止 keydown 默认行为 webkit 将发出不允许音效，也能解决这个问题。

原因是自动聚焦输入框了。

禁止聚焦输入框即可
