Was there a recent change that made meteor-node-stubs suddenly necessary?

meteor-node-stubs is included automatically by Meteor. I'll remove it. Can you link me to the discussion about why it was removed from Mantra? Thanks!

As far as I know meteor-node-stubs was never included in mantra-cli. Looks good to me.
