As both the Charcoal Pit & the Smoker are production stations, each of them could really use a bill set-up so that we can designate what meats get smoked and what wood to use to make charcoal.

The smoker seems to be queing up loads of jobs to tend it and making it difficult to use - dominating the time of my pawns.
